Behind every successful businessman is a strong woman. Will and I built this business together from the ground up. Watching it grow from a dream into a trusted family business has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m proud of the reputation we’ve built through honesty, reliability and quality workmanship.

Coming from a healthcare background, attention to detail, organisation and caring for people have always been second nature to me. I bring those same values into our business, making sure our clients have a positive experience from their first enquiry through to project completion.
For us, Dunn It Constructions is about more than building homes. It’s about building relationships, supporting our local community and creating spaces where families can make lasting memories.
I enjoy working at Dunn It constructions because it gives me the opportunity to learn new skills by being a part of a great crew and taking pride in seeing projects come together from start to finish. The work is rewarding because every day is different and there are always new challenges. I like carpentry because it is a hands-on trade that allows me to create and build things that clients can use and appreciate. I enjoy working with tools, solving problems, developing practical skills that will benefit me throughout my career and having a great boss like Will guide me through my trade and be a good role model for all of us. He makes the work enjoyable while also getting jobs done.
It's the atmosphere that makes Dunn It a great place to work at, lots of laughs all day. I fell in love with carpentry because of the skills it teaches and the accomplished feeling you get when you finish a job knowing it was yourself that created it.
I started at Dunn It Constructions at the end of 2024. I have been welcomed with open arms by a group of people who I now consider family, and since then they have given me the opportunity to grow my skills and show my full potential. I have chosen this job because one, I can’t stand still and there is always something to do. And secondly, because I enjoy interacting with our clients and making sure that their needs are met and we can bring there ideas to life throughout our work.
